The staff was amazing. They were helpful and thoughtful and went beyond to. They helped arrange transport to my chiropractic clinic. They ensured I had meals delivered to my room when I couldn't move well.

My room smelled from a strong chemical. I realized it on the fourth day, when I didn't have the room cleaned and I started to feel better. It hindered my experience.

the location was superb, near key attractions. i found a supermarket and good burrito bar just steps away. friendly staff provided really good service. a rooftop bar provided amazing city views , offering moments of pure romance.

the minibar lacked complimentary water , an amenity i often cherish.

the location were really convenient. it was so close to many tourist spots. the staff did offer helpful assistance when i asked about directions. the rooftop terrace was nice. it gives nice views.

the room felt small. i also noticed some scuff marks on the wall. the furniture look cheap. the street noise were loud. i could hear it even on a higher floor. sleep felt difficult.

The location was marvelous. It was super close to everything. (i was happy with that).

the sagging mattress was not comfortable and the bed was small. cleaning was not excellent. the shower screen, basin, and floor needed more attention. there was also an unpleasant smell from the sewer that lingered.

The location was great, especially since many main attractions were nearby.

My room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. It lacked a professional touch. I found open snacks and the toilet seat had urine. I messaged the front desk immediately. They apologized.
